Nrth OS is now Flow · for companies with 10–500 people

The routine work in your business, done for you.

Nrth Flow does the tasks that come back every week: checks invoices, drafts quotes, writes reports and answers common customer questions. It works from your own documents, delivers when you want, and you say good or bad. No IT project. No code.

01 · What you get

Your time back. And the overview.

02 · Who it's for

Built for companies that want AI to do the work, not an IT project.

Companies with 10 to 500 people in the Nordics and the US. You need no IT department and no one who knows AI.

03 · How to get started

Three steps. No training.

During the pilot we do this together with you, in one call of [length].

  1. Tell it what your company does.

Two sentences. It's the first thing Flow remembers.

  2. Give it your documents.

Pick a folder in Google Drive or OneDrive, or upload files.

  3. Say what it should do, and when.

Start from a suggestion. The result arrives in the app and by email, and you say good or bad.

04 · Your data

Your data is yours.

  • Processed in the EU by default for companies in the Nordics. US companies get the US.
  • Never trained on your data.
  • Everything it has learned from you, you can read, change and delete.

For your IT lead: everything about where your data is processed

05 · Price

Free for as long as the pilot runs.

Questions

What people ask first.

  1. What can it do for us?

Tasks that come back and build on your documents: checking invoices, drafting quotes, writing reports, answering common customer questions, keeping an eye on competitors. You decide what, and when.

  2. What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot, no credit card. After launch a fixed monthly price, and it never goes past the limit you set.

  3. Do we need to know anything about AI?

No. You tell it what your company does, give it your documents and say what it should do. We set it up together with you.

  4. What if it gets something wrong?

You always see the result before it's used, and say good or bad. If you say bad, you tell it what was wrong, and it tries again. It never sends anything on your behalf unless you've said yes.

  5. Where is our data processed?

In the EU for companies in the Nordics, in the US for US companies. You can choose stricter for each assistant. Everything about this is on the page about your data.

  6. Does Flow train AI models on our data?

No. It learns through the documents you connect, what you've told it, and the tasks you've approved.

  7. Who is behind Flow?

Nrth AI AS in Fedje and Bergen, Norway.

  8. What happened to Nrth OS?

It's the same product with a new name. Nrth OS is now called Flow, in full Nrth Flow.
